The Program - Reporting Attributes Historical (GLGHIST) is not enabled after upgrade to R12

Can't find Program - Reporting Attribute Historical (GLGHIST) since we upgraded from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3.


Navigate to General Ledger Super User responsibility, and select View REquests>Submit a New Request>Single Request and look for Program - Reporting Attributes Historical (GLGHIST).  In the 11.5.10 environment it is there.  In 12.1.3 it is not.  Where did it go?  We need to run this once a week in our current environment.  Is it obsolete in R12?
