Different Ship to Location Address in Sales Order Header and Line Level.

Hi All,

    I would like to know whether Standard EBS functionality allows having different Ship to location address in Order Header and Order Lines. If yes, is there a way (using profile or setup changes) to restrict the change of Ship to location address at Line Level and the system should consider only Header level Information. If it is not a standard functionality, I have a scenario where the Order line level Ship to Address was updated to different value manually and the line is stuck in Ship line - Manual activity. The other line which is having ship to Location address
