Unable to process cdr

 Hello,
I have created a new product on 27th Dec, created the account on the same date
Tried processing the following cdr:

TEL;0049100063;004941067600;20121229184300;300;0;0;NORM;123456;

But it throws the following error:

15.06.2012 07:38:39 The actual log level is NORMAL. All messages with this or higher severity will be logged.
15.06.2012 07:38:39 Beginning to process stream 'test_rinku13.edr'.
15.06.2012 07:38:39 The EDR with number '00000001' (starting at byteposition: 86) contains the errors :
15.06.2012 07:38:39 Customer has no valid products for account (1316219) at time (1356802980).
15.06.2012 07:38:39 The EDR is rejected.
15.06.2012 07:38:39 End of the processing of stream 'test_rinku13.edr'.

I have already tried the option UseProductCreatedTime in the DAT_AccountBatch module but I am still facing this error.
