SDKTLN not populating for kits in F4211 when order is created through EDI process with R47011

I am testing in JDE 9.0 and noticed while researching an issue with kit components displaying when they shouldn't within P4205, that the KTLN is not being populated for kit components for orders processed through R47011.  If I manually enter a sales order using P42101 (same version of P4210 as defined in R47011) the KTLN populates appropriately for kit components.  This field defines the associated line number for the Parent item.  With this field not populated, the kit components are displaying in P4205 even though I have processing options set not to display components.

Is anyone aware of this issue with KTLN in regard to EDI order processing?
