Line level workflow doesn't progress on releasing an header level hold

 Hi

We have a header level invoice hold being applied on booking a bill only order when there is no PO. Due to this the line is in the status 'Invoice hold'

When i release the hold at the header level (Progress workflow is checked) after entering a valid PO, the header level workflow progresses but the line level workflow doesn't.

Ideally the line level workflow also should progress and the line status should change from 'Invoice hold' to 'Closed'.

When i right click on the line and progress the order, then the workflow progresses and line status changes to 'Closed'.
