Thousands of Internal Requisitons records exists in OE Interface even after Sales Order is Created

Hi All,

I am facing an issue where Internal Requisitons records lies in OE Interface even after Sales Order is Created. Thousands of records existing in OE Interfacce table.

I would like to know the cause and solution for this problem.
