Something like an ABC Analysis only with Suppliers.
Considering only SRV Values
Supplier Purchase Share >= 5% of total Purchase of TACE – Major Supplier
Supplier Purchase Share < 5% and >= 1 of total Purchase of TACE – Medium Supplier
Supplier Purchase Share <1 of total Purchase of TACE – Minor Supplier
Qualitative Analysis (based on performance)Quality
Total allocated points of the supplier/Total Order points of all the suppliers >=85%- Excellent
Total allocated points of the supplier/Total Order points of all the suppliers >=50% & < 85%- Good
Total allocated points of the supplier/Total Order points of all the suppliers < 50%- Poor
