Problems on installation of APEX4.1 and HTTP server Configurate

Dear Oracle,

Follow the Oracle APEX Installation Guide, E21673-03, I am working on two server boxes for getting a full development APEX and configuring Oracle HTTP server.

1. Both servers on Windows environments
2. Oracle 11g on server A.
3. Oracle Application Server 10g on server B

Questions

1. Server A or server B, unzip the apex_4.1_en.zip file on? I did on server B and not sure it was correct.
2. which file on Oracle Application Server 10g to have the line?
   Alias /i/ "my_ORACLE_HTTPSERVER_HOME/apache/images"

   Page 3-39 said, on marvel.conf or dads.conf
   No marvel.conf file on OAS and how edit dads.conf with the line?
