Retention and PRC Generate Draft Invoice for a Single Project

Hi,

Can someone please provide advise on the following issue we have encountered in R12 Projects Billing when running the PRC Generate Draft invoice for a Single Project on a project with Retention:

 

A few details on this project:

1)      Project is set up as :

a.      Retention Formatè Retention

b.      Retention Billing Formatè Retention Billing

2)      Project is funded at the Top Task level

3)      Retention Level is set up at the Project Level

 

When we run the PRC Generate Draft Invoice for a Single Project, the process errors out - states " Error trying to retrieve eligible projects."  We are not able to change the Retention Level from Projects to Top Task ( See print screen).
