Missing Interop Entries from P042002 Redistribution

Does anyone else use Interop to log entries to F0411Z3 when using P042002 Redistribution?  We see entries from P4314 and P0411 and R04110Z, but no entries from the P042002 redistribution.  We are on 9.0
