EM12c displaying Plug-in Error during OMS upgrade

I'm doing a 2-System Upgrade from EM 10.2.0.5 to 12.1. The current OMS is on AIX 6.1 and the new OMS will be installed on RHEL 6.2. After staging the 12.1.0.1 plugins and agents on the source OMS (12.1.0.2 plugins with BP1 only available for Linux/Windows) and backing up my repository I am unable to upgrade to the new OMS because of error message seen in the screenshot below.


The Pre-upgrade Console indicates all agents and targets are upgradeable (green). I used the command ./runInstaller -pluginLocation /u02/orastage/em12c-agents/ to upgrade the agents during the OMS install. The downloaded plug-ins and agents were copied to /u02/orastage/em12c-agents.
