Caution when working with non-functional currencies - TRANSACTION_AMOUNT bug

There's a bug in R12 (possibly 11i, as well) that divides both the TRANSACTION_AMOUNT and ACCTD_TRANSACTION_AMOUNT in the API table by the EXCHANGE_RATE when UNLOADED lines are modifed/split, etc.  Not a big deal when working in the functional currency (as you'd be dividing by 1), but when working in non-fuctional currencies...  It's a big issue.

I've opened as SR with support, and bug number 13425399 was created 23-Nov-2011.
The escalation on this bug was closed 01-Jun-2012, and we're still waiting on a patch.

I run the following script every week or so, and then have the users fix the TRANACTION_AMOUNT on the LOADED lines.
