Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I created a sales order with two lines

1) 2qty item-a

2)5qty item-b

at the time of shipment,customer requirement change,they need item-c instead of item-b

i mean at the time of shipment following are the items

1) 2qty item-a

2)10qty item-c
