ASM as well as CRS services of Single node RAC got down

Hi

today, one of our single node RAC of version 11.2.0.1 got down. After that, ASM as well as CRS services were not coming up. Later on, we reconfigured whole RAC. Looks like these are corruptino happened. I would like to lknow under which conditions CRS grid hoe can corrupt and how cna we prevent
