LGWR locking lot of sessions in database !!

Hi

  We are continuously observing LGWR of one of our production 10.2.0.4 database, LGWR process is locking various sessions very frequently. I have checked on server, there is no I/O issue looks as well as CPU load is normal. I need all gurus help for this issue
