Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. change of job_queue_processes getting hanged

Hi

when I am trying to change the value of job_queue_processes on RAC Db, it is getitng hanged

SQL> alter system set job_queue_processes=0 sid='TDPRIM1';

What can be the reason ?
