Restrict Updation on SSHR forms e.g., Personal Information etc

Hi,

Well ive been trying to find a way to restrict updation on SSHR forms e.g., Speical Information, Personal Information, education and Qualification etc. I just want the managers to view records of sub ordinated and not be able to change/modify it.
