 As per a note on MOS
NOTE: "Also for SQL, you might need to use the JDJDBC.JAR rather than SQLJDBC4.JAR which is used with weblogic, otherwise this report R98403XB and ESUs may fail."

where can one download JDJDBC.JAR ???
