Transaction Open Interface <form>

i am trying to delete a record from the Inventory --> Transactions --> Transaction Open Interface <form>; but when i confirm the delete activity; the system shows a message 'Cannot delete master record when matching detail records exist.' (see attached doc) and aborts the activity; kindly guide me how to delete such record(s) from the interface <form>
