R12 org_id is missing in iby_external_payees_all table for some record especially default_payment_mo

Hi,

We are upgrade from 11i to R12 and we see some issue with org_id and set_of_book_id.

Most case are  payments rejected by External payee id could not be derived for document based on payee context (payee id, payee party id, supplier site id, org and payment function)

When I check iby_external_payees_all table i see there are no org_id and no party_site_id and no supplier_site_id and org_type.

Then in iby_pmt_instr_uses_all will miss ext_pmt_party_id to the link?!

then invoice also missing set_of_books_id?
