Tracking down the cause of Rapid Datafile growth at friday and Saturday

Hi Expertise,
from last one or two month In every friday and saturday one of tablespace growth are increasing rapidly. We want to find the cause from db end. So please share your knowledge about how to track down the cause of Rapid Datafile growth.
