Intercompany Report does not show all the data in HFM

Hi

Did anyone encounter the issue that intercompany report does not show all the data for an entity?

The situation is:

I generate one intercompany report for a company and find many lines (with different partners) are zero.

However, when I use data grid to see the entity detail, I can find many partners with data.

Is this an Oracle bug? The version I am running now is 11.1.1.3.0.
