Hi all,

We are getting below error in CSI_TXN_ERROR for the order line  and instance was not created in IB.

Shipment cannot be done because Negative quantities are not allowed for this organization (361).

This item is Serialized at sale order issue.

 I checked instance details for non serialized instances in organization =361.

Details are attached

Can anyone suggest what could be the cause and how to rectify the error.
