Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

Upgrade to 11g from 10g shows XDB$SCHEMA not accessible

Can anyone help to fix the below

I opened the database in upgrade mode to upgrade from 10g to 11.2.0.3. (Database 10g is a TTS migrated database from Linux to AIX)

SQL> startup upgrade

..

.....

from alert log file

..

..

XDB UNINITIALIZED: XDB$SCHEMA not accessible

Completed: ALTER DATABASE OPEN MIGRATE
