how to change the agent monitoring the OMR target with the 2-system upgrade method ?

I'm upgrading an 11g Grid Control system to the 12c by using the 2-system method.

All Agents from the earlier release have been successfully switched to the 12c release.

All post upgrade tasks have been processed without difficulties (although the "Accrued Data Migration" took very long time to complete)

Now, I think I have to achive some remaining tasks :

1. Sign off each upgraded host (I hope this will be straighforward)

2. Change the agent monitoring the OMR (for now it is still the old agent corresponding to the old OMS server)

3. remove the old OMS server from the list of Management Services
