How frequently you get NetBackup MML errors (ORA-19511)?

Hi Guys

We got Symantec NetBackup servers and doing rman backups directly to tapes. This generally works, however almost every day we get MML errors.

We got quite sophisticated architecture and got a lot of stuff backing up to tapes besides oracle. I dont really want to discuss why MML happening, this is longstanding issue, the question here is how normal it is? Is it ok to have several MML per day in  a busy environments? Has anyone observed this as well in your experience?
