A RMA line stuck in AWAITING_RETURN status

Dear,

EBS version 11.5.5.

A RMA line's ordered_quantity=1,fulfilled_quantity=2,and stuck in AWAITING_RETURN status, i found this line was received to inventory for 2 times(this is why the fulfilled_quantity=2?), i try to do a RMA return in RCVTXERE, when i press save button,it errored out saying "APP-PO-14142: rcv_transactions_1.event000: ORA-06502:PL/SQL: numeric or value error.

So how can i resolve this and push forward the woklflow?
