Add 3 Rows Functionality In Create/Update Work Orders Does Not Add The Rows

Hi,

We're using R12.1.3 of Oracle eBusiness Suite.

Issue: When attempting to use button "Add 3 Rows" in section Material Requirements. It just does not the Rows.

No error message displayed. Just the page get refreshed.

Note: I'm able to use button "Add 3 Rows" in section Operation Requirements without any issue.

metalink note #1350615.1 available for similar issue but in my case the issue is happening in "Material Requirements" section and there is no error.

Please advise.
