Does the Purchasing Person " Job" setup affect approving Requisitions created from INV Replenishment

Hello All,

What controls the Approve Authority for the Requisitions created by Replenishment Counts?  Does the Purchasing Person " Job" setup affect approving Requisitions created from INV Replenishment Counts? 

I did some testing and  it looks like that the Purchasing Person " Job" setup has no impact for the Internal Order created through Replenishment Count.

Here is my testing:

1.  Change my Employee Person "Job" setup to “ Preparer/Reviewer”, which "Job" has no Approval Assignment setup (  or is not attached to any Approval Group).  Basically my approve Limit/Authority is none.

2. I created an Replenishment Count  for 3 items And I processed it.

3. I ran the Request Set which has the Requisition Import
