Reason Codes fo Order Header
I am cancelling an order at the header level. However, when I go to view the reason codes, everything exists at a line level? Do I have a processing constraints issue or is this standard functionality?
I would expect when I go to "View Reasons", I would be able to see at a Order Header level, the reason code I entered. But I have to go to the lines? Why?
