Trying to setup multiple email addresses at supplier site level for one supplier

We have a couple of vendors who would like to have their remittance advice emailed to multiple email addresses.  I have tested using a comma between each address as suggested and I get this error below.  (Email addresses have been modified below to protect privacy of users.)  Does anyone have suggestions?  We are currently using 11g and I have researched and I keep finding information regarding R12.
