R12 Report Manager Export to Excel does not perform drilldown or Save As functions on some machines

Hi,

We have been running into issue on about half of our PCs wherein the Financial Statements exported from Report Manager to Excel end up in Excel with the correct template and formatting but without the ability to Save As or Drill Down.  In these instances, when the export has finished, the Excel Workbook has been automatically renamed to the name of the financial report.  When trying to save these reports, we get an Excel warning that says "Errors were detected while saving <file_name>. Microsoft Office Excel may be able to save the file by removing or reparing some features.  To make the repairs in
