Data Tranfer between SOB

Hi;

I have a subsidiary who whichs to maintain 2 SOB due to seperate regulatory Year end requirements.  With the exception of Consolidation - Data Transfer, is there any way to mirror the transactions in both SOB or transfe the transactions from one SOB to the other?
