Using one spreadsheet for Batch Import data for two different Batch Import file

Question: Can you populate one .csv spreadsheet with both the F0411Z1 and F0911Z1 information on it using the Batch Import from CSV File (P00BUL)?

Answer: Yes, beginning in release A9 you can use one spreadsheet (.csv format) with data for both files. The import process looks at the Field ID Row Number in the Batch Import parameters for the specified Batch Import File and will only pick up the fields associated with that file. You will however need to execute the Batch Import from CSV File process twice, once for the each file. This will populate both Z1 files from the one .csv file. This process will work for any eligible Batch Import file.
