Monitoring Application/Configuration Changes in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)

I need to monitor application changes to Hyperion FInancial Management as part of my company's general computer controls.  With a DB monitoring tool like TripWire does anyone have suggestions which files/directories to monitor?  Thanks!
