ASCP Unconstrained Plan- PO Dates

Hi,

Collecting the Purchasing Orders and PO In receiving into ASCP and running an unconstrained plan, I see that,

 a) PO In receiving (is firmed) and Sugg.Dock.Date is not same as Need by Date on the PO .  Its showing system date as the Sugg.Dock.Date and Sugg.Due.Date
 b) Purchase order (unfirm) too has the Sugg.Dock.Date as the system date (though on the PO in EBS, the need by date is sysdate +10days).

Following profiles are set:

MSC:Firm Requisitons within Time Fence - yes
MSC: Firm Intransit and PO in Receiving Supplies - yes
