Screen hang after supplying the ias_admin default password

Dear All,
Following Note 437878.1 to upgrade Oracle AS 10g FORMS AND REPORTS to 10.1.2.3.
When running ./runInstaller (Step 3.1.2.1: Execute runInstaller or setup.exe) and enter the password of ias_admin(Step 3.1.2.2: Supply the ias_admin default password),the screen hangs, and CAN NOT processed.
Recreated oraInventory can not solve the issue.

Note 417593.1: OUI Hangs at Emctl Authenticate or EMverify.pl After Providing The ias_admin Password (Doc ID 417593.1)
can not solve as well.

PLEASE HELP!!!
