Partitioning GL_JE_LINES table

Hi All,

EBusiness Suite version is 12.1.3 .  This ERP is used for just used for GL modules.  The GL_JE_LINES table is around 40gb.  Read this document id "Should the GL_JE_LINES Table be Partitioned? [ID 199677.1]"  recommendation of partioning the table based on je_header_id. 

Requirement is i wanted to partition the table and compress the old data.  If any one did partitioning of this table please most me the example of it.
