How do you setup Web Center Sites to use SAML tokens for Authentication and then LDAP for Authorisat

I want to use SAML tokens to achieve Single Sign On and then have the app query the LDAP to identify what Sites. Roles. ACLS etc the user has.
Has anyone got experience setting this up?
