Hyperlink on the Message Body of a Workflow Notification Action

in CRM On Demand - Administration (MOSC) Question
Hello, is it possible to embed a hyperlink on the Message Body of an email alert from a workflow? For example, instead of entering the complete URL on the message body, I will enter the text 'Click Here' and the recipient of the email alert will be able to access the website upon clicking the Click Here link. Thanks.
