I have submitted the procurement card verification process, which has sent notifications to users e-mail accounts. When clicking on the Procurement Card Transactions Detail link
The link opens  a new window requesting a user name and password, which I assume is the users oracle account user name and password. The message in the window is:
A user name and password is being requested by http://appserver.xxxx.xxxx:portno.. The site says: "SECURITY ERROR:AP_WEB_PCARD_WORKFLOW_PKG.OPENP:". You can click on the attachment link which opens another window to the notification but the only options are "Set and Continue", Reassign" and "Request Information". Clicking on the
