Implementing Oracle Financials in China

Does any one have any experience of implementing financials in China? Our predicament is that we as a ERP support team (based in the UK) do not want to support a multilingual system which is an overhead due to patching and should we implement another language, we would have to also retest our whole ERP system. It is a statutory requirement to have a Chinese version including screen displays, data entry fields, report formats, menus and a help file in Chinese. which is useful but does anyone know of any alternative third party products that could be used?
