patch 10302784 11i Error when applying File in patch is not a known Oracle Applications file: 'gma

hi,

I am preparing my system for upgrade to 12.1.3 and as part of it I am installing pre-upgrade patches for OPM.
I thoroughly followed the readme files and installed any prerequisite patches but when I got to apply patch 10302784 it stopped with the following error:
Performing version checking...
AutoPatch error:
File in patch is not a known Oracle Applications file:
'gma forms/US GMAMIGED.fmb'

What is wrong ? isnt the patch compatible with my version ?
