R12.1.3 Upgrade : Question about PAA

Hi,
Metalink note 1077769.1 refers to "the ad_run_adgrants.xml PAA step"

What is that ?


Guessing just needed to run adgrants.sql as described in ReadMe.txt, but not sure as the reference to XML is unclear, and also the reference to "PAA"
