Letter templates are going in Queued Status
Hi All,
In my call center application when I'm trying to do send letter option, after pressing Ctrl + L , I'm getting correspondence applet and in that screen I'm looking for pre-defined letter templates and after selecting the template I'm pressing Generate button to generate the letter. But after pressing the Generate button immediately the correspondence is going in Queued status. Can any one help on this. Till yesterday the application was working fine, today only the issue started.
