Addrerss deletion---Using Web Service

I am trying to help a customer to cleanup many of thier unused addresses---in both accounts and contacts.. I am using a web service call to delete them...

Since Addresses are stored in its own table and the assocation is kept in an intersection table,   I realize the actual address records (IN CUT ADDRESS)  are not going to be deleted and thus the record usage is not going to be decremented..

Is there a way to remove such orphan address records?   I can not see any in CRM Ondemand web services?

Account Table ---> Account Address Intersection<--Address Table..
