R12 Upgrade driver got failed now while executing pqpuscnfgvlfhree.ldt

Hi ,

We got certain issues with R12.1.1 upgrade driver. Hence oracle has suggested to reapply the patch.
But we got ended up with the below error while the patch is running the pqpuscnfgvlfhree.ldt file :

Error loading seed data for PQP_CONFIGURATION_VALUES: LEGISLATION_CODE = US, BUSINESS_GROUP_NAME = , PCV_INFORMATION_CATEGORY = PQP_FEDHR_ELEMENT, PCV_INFORMATION1 = Hours Left to Work, PCV_INFORMATION2 = , PCV_INFORMATION3 = , ORA-20001: HR_7155_OBJECT_INVALID:

Please advise.
