US PAY: Pretax dedcuion element amount inlucded into Other dedcutions field in US SOE

Hi,

We have a custom element of classification PRETAX, if $20 is dedctued for this element for an employee for a paycheck, in the right hand side of US SOE, the deduction does show the element name and $20 dedcuction amount, in the below sumamry section, it is showng pre tax dedcution as $0 and other deduction as $20. Why is pretax adding the amount to other deductions?
