Global exposure and credit profiles/limits

Goal:  to use various profile classes across the operating units but manage each with it's own limit in the currency specific to that set of books.  For example: let's say one of our profile classes is HOSPITAL.  In the US, we want to setup a limit in USD.  In the UK, we want to setup a limit in GBP.  We currently have all possible currencies setup with limits under one profile which actually inflates our exposure since in the US, we aren't expecting to bill in those other currencies.  Is there any way to only setup the s.o.b. currency on a customer's
