EBS Upgrade from 12.1.2 to 12.1.3

We are about to move forward with an upgrade of EBS 12.1.2 to 12.1.3.  This is the first upgrade of its kind that our company will go through since we implemented 12.1.2 last year.  Can anyone provide tips or lessons learned to help us get through this process smoothly?
